Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using clapsnap.me ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@clapsnap.me if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Collectibles

Digital cards collected on clapsnap.me are limited digital goods. Physical prints ("mints") represent a tangible printed card issued to you. Ownership of a digital card does not imply ownership of any underlying intellectual property.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, automate collection in a way that degrades the experience for others, resell access credentials, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Passport settings.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
